These three Morgantown, West Virginia, "people crocks" include an extremely rare signed Union Pottery example, with an angel and a shepherd. There are three known decorators of people crocks: Norval Greenland of Union Pottery; John Greenland of Connellsville, who was Norval's brother; and George Thompson of Morgantown.
