Pine, laminated and carved, with layered old white paint, in weathered condition, with areas of paint loss, wear, abrasions and losses to tail feathers, old “in use” touch-ups to areas of paint loss, 14 ¾ x 21 x 6 inches.

This highly stylized swan is the work of a highly original folk sculptor, having an elegantly curved neck. Of laminated construction with a worn and weathered surface of old white paint showing evidence of outdoor display over an extended period of time.
